Lasagna is a delicacy that everyone loves to eat. Today I am going to teach you some ways to make lasagna at home.

The first way:

First, let's make the white sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Take 2 cups of fresh milk or coconut milk
  • Tablespoon of wheat flour
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Half a teaspoon of salt powder

     Put the milk in a pan and add wheat flour, pepper powder, and salt powder and mix continuously over low heat. Because otherwise, it freezes. Cook until the milk thickens. Turn off the Stove and mix for a while.

Now let's boil some pasta sheets

     Put the water on the stove, When the water boils, add the pasta sheets and cook for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and take it out one by one. Some sheets break, it doesn't matter (I took 12 sheets).

Next, let's make chicken.

     Take about 500g of well cleaned and minced chicken (it doesn't matter if it is crushed). Put a pan on the stove, add a little oil and when it heats up, add 2  Garlic Big, one onion and fry until golden. Put the chicken in it. Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of Chillie pieces, salt to taste, tomato sauce, and half a cup of water and cook. Turn off the stove   When there is a little juice.

     Now pour a little oil into a pan (this should be a pot that can be put in the oven). Apply a layer of lasagna sheet first. Then add a layer of chicken curry. Put white sauce on top. Put a layer of lasagna sheet back on. Continue to lay layers like this. Add some mozzarella cheese in between. You can put about 10 layers. Finally, add the mozzarella cheese. The more cheese, the tastier it is. Now put it in the oven.

I put it at 180 °c  for half an hour. The temperature of each oven varies so you can adjust the temperature and time.

Once baked, take out and cut into pieces.

Lasagna Style


The second way:

Lasagna Style-Chicken Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200g chicken (cube-shaped cuts)
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 potatoes (cube-shaped cuts)
  • 2 skinned tomatoes (cube-shaped cuts)
  • 2 finely sliced spring onions
  • 2 finely sliced green chili
  • Grated cheese mix (mozzarella, kashkaval, cheddar, Emmental grate in equal amounts for a cup or 1 cup mozzarella cheese )
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella for the top layer
  • 1/4 cup of cooking cream or fresh milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes (if needed)
  • Salt according to taste

Take a large bowl and add 6 eggs. Then add the meat, all the other vegetables, a cup of cheese mix, or a cup of mozzarella cheese. Now add Cooking Cream or Fresh Milk, Chili, Salt, and Baking Powder. Add wheat flour little by little and mix well.

After that place the mixture into a buttered tray. Then sprinkle the mozzarella as the top layer. Now bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

The third way:

Ingredients:

  • 500gr minced meat 
  • 200gr tomato sauce
  • Aromatic herbs 
  • 25gr butter
  • 25-30gr White flour 
  • 2,5dl cow milk 
  • 9 Lasagna sheets 
  • Cook the meat like a Bolognese. Precook the Lasagna sheets for 3-4 min in hot water. 

Do the bechamel:

put the butter in a pan until it’s melted. Add the flour and mix it. Then add milk and mix it until it thickens, it takes a little time. 

Finally, put the lasagna sheets at the bottom of a dish, a little bolognese, and a little bechamel. Put lasagna sheets Again and bolognese and bechamel. Like this until you don’t have anymore. 

Put in the oven for 20mn at 200 Celsius degrees.

The fourth way:

  • For this, we need to make two sauces.
  • We put four layers.
  • Meat souse
  • white souse
  • lasagna sheets
  • cheese layer.

I did not write in this order. I will tell you in order when cook.

     First, let's make a meat sauce. Grind the chicken in a grinder without the bones. Make a paste of 500g of tomatoes (canned tomato paste is easy to make, but can also be made at home). Wash the tomatoes and put them in boiling water for about an hour. Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces, add some water, and blend. It's okay to have pieces. Chop the garlic and big onion. Put a pot on the stove, I put olive oil, but any oil you like. Add garlic, big onion, and fry it. Then add the minced meat. Stir well. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder. Again stir well. Separate the meat into small pieces (the minced meat will thicken when added to the oil). Add some tomato paste. I also added some tomato sauce, to get the red. Stir well. Chicken boiled water put about a cup. Cook this well. Turn off the stove when there is water because this is a sauce.

Let's make a white souse.

  • Heat butter two tablespoons in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and keep stir constantly. When it melts, add 500ml of fresh milk. Add pepper powder, salt, and nutmeg powder. Stir over low heat until this is a thick mixture.
  • When it thickened I added mozzarella cheese,  just wanted to put the parmesan cheese in this sauce, I didn't put it because I didn't have it.
  • Now turn off the stove.
  • Grate the mozzarella cheese.
  • Now you preheat the oven to 180°c for 10 minutes. Put a little oil on the plate where you are making the lasagna. Now first put a layer of meat sauce. Put on a lasagna sheet (I took the instant lasagna sheets, it doesn't need to be boiled .).
  • Put a white souse layer,
  • Meat souse layer,
  • A white souse layer,
  • Apply layers the size of your disk in this order. Remember to soak the lasagna sheets well in the meat sauce. Otherwise, it will not boil. If we boil it, there is no such problem.
  • Finally, top with a layer of mozzarella cheese (above the white sauce) (save a bit).
  • Now cover with foil paper and put in the oven. Bake at 180°c for about 40 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes, take out the lasagna, remove the foil, place the leftover cheese on top and place it back in the oven for a while.
